You know, I didn't realize before today that Contreras has a lower ERA than Bonderman.

He's had a habit of pitching great for most of the game but finding the key moment to turn it into a loss or no decision.

Vegas has the odds posted on AL MVP & not one WhiteSox is even mentioned....hmmmm....nice work in 1st JC!

Can you pick a guy on our lineup who has earned an MVP?

Literally, Konerko needs to hit like .420 in the 2nd half to get his name in that race. There are guys with over 80 RBI's already.

second night in a row frank's left a guy on third with one out. He's not a #3 hitter anymore.

Nope. But no way a change will be made unless you see a total collapse. Frank never has been a big situational hitter, and it's even more magnified now.

I agree. He is a #4 hitter, but then again we really don't have a #3 hitter. I thought Rowand could have hit 3rd, but he hasn't performed as well as he did last year yet. Iguchi is another possibility, but we don't have a #2 type hitter to replace him. I doubt Ozzie would change the lineup right now, but i think this one would be a bit better....Pods, Rowand, Iguchi, Frank, Pk, Dye, AJ, Crede, Uribe.

Iguchi has been too damn good in the 2nd spot. Too damn good.

I agree, but Rowand was great there last year as well. I think Iguchi has more power than he has shown so far, being in the #2 hole has limited his opportunities to hit Hr's. I believe he could easily hit 20-25 hrs a year. BTW JC gives up a 3-run bomb!!!!!
