He actually goes and grabs them something to eat to give d.j. time to run the show ( have heard this on the radio multiple times on different stations). Yossarian Posted July 24, 2005 Share Posted July 24, 2005 A couple of years ago Hawk was at some golf tournament and they had John Rooney and DJ work together in the TV booth. I was surprised at how much better I liked DJ on that day. I just don't think that Hawk and DJ have that so called "chemistry" and I think it carries over even when DJ has the mike all to himself. I mean he still isnt the greatest but compare this year to last and he is a lot better to me. Ive actually really grown to like him with the exception when he does those stupid interviews.
