knightni
http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/teams/teamreport?team=cle DH Travis Hafner has missed the last eight games due to a concussion that he suffered July 16 against Chicago. Hafner made the trip to Oakland with the team, but Cleveland has not decided whether to place him on the disabled list. Since June 1, he is batting .359 (47-for-131) with 13 home runs and 43 RBI in 38 games. He has eight home runs in his last 20 games and is batting .386 (17-for-44) with five home runs and 14 RBI in 14 games in July.

Thats too bad, he is a very good young player
Milkman delivers
MB put the finishing touch on Cleveland's season, it seems.
nitetrain8601
Damn MB. For a guy who throws junk, he sure put a damper on their season. Hopefully he gets well soon. I know he's in our division and all, but I don't like hearing about anyone getting hurt like that.
Kalapse
QUOTE(PWSox87 @ Jul 26, 2005 -> 07:25 PM) Is that because of when M.B. hit him? I wouldn't exactly call him a good young player. as terms of ml experiance he is young to the league... Anyways Buehrle is totally screwing over my fantasy team because of this! The Ginger Kid
I bet Mark feels like s*** about this. I think it was an accident, not a "beaning." Hafner to DL
YASNY
Agreed. That was in no way intentional, I'm sure.
LosMediasBlancas
This makes me nervous because hopefully the Indians saw it as an accident and don't try to retaliate. He's a big part of their offense, hopefully they don't take out one of ours. Unlike them, we're actually playing for something and need all of our players. All it takes is one asshole trying to 'even the score'.
