CWSGuy406
That's the Felix that I loved of last year -- 9 K's, 0 BB's. I still hold out hope that he can become a decent bullpen filler/fifth starter. But, before I my hope gets back to that, he's gotta get those ridiculous K/BB numbers back. Nice job by Anderson -- 1-for-3, but 3 BB's. Schnurstein with a nice game, too. Dbaho, Jason -- I think I got a foot on the bandwagon...

I still think Felix could be a better set-up guy than a swing guy, but that's JMHO. He did have a very good September in that role for us last season. He just needs to make better use of his secondary pitches for starters.

He was pretty damn good as a reliever if I remember right... him and Munoz both seemed to do good in the bullpen for the most part... Yeah they both had good ERA's as relievers. Too bad Jeff Bajenaru didn't though.

Too bad Jeff Bajenaru didn't though. if we trade bmac and contreras and el duque goes down, everyone keeps sayin we have no insurance. well imo diaz pitched every bit as well last year as bmac has this year. this outing is really encouraging too. everyone talks about bmac, gio, liotta, etc as future guys, but i remain optimistic for diaz and munoz (especially arnie, hes still quite young). BHAMBARONS
Barons 6 Montgomery 0 W- Tracey (11-4) L- Flinn (3-4) One heck of a pitching performance by Tracey tonight he was in the groove the sinker was the best it has been all year his FB touched 94 very few hard hit balls only 2 that I can count of both of those where on sinkers that stayed up. Sean's 10 K's makes him the first barons pitcher to do that feat this year. Good hitting today as well Ryan Sweeney came within a homer of the cycle still 3-4 RBI 2 runs scored. Josh Fields who had walked twice and been hit by pitch hit a long homerun in 7th.
