maggsmaggs
According to Carolina League Managers, Valido is the best: -baserunner (fundamentals. not speed) -defensive shortstop -most exciting player Also, Gustavo Molina (who some how is not related to Benji, Jose and Yadier, directly, at least) was voted top defensive catcher. maggsmaggs
QUOTE(danman31 @ Aug 2, 2005 -> 09:41 PM) Did any Kanny guys get mentioned in yesterday's best SAL tools? Absolutely no one got mentioned. I assume tomorrow (AA,) we'll get a few. Probably, Owens as fastest, Rogo as top defensive 1st baseman, Young maybe power (not likely) or exciting player (mild chance)

Randar68
QUOTE(maggsmaggs @ Aug 2, 2005 -> 09:35 PM) According to Carolina League Managers, Valido is the best: -baserunner (fundamentals. not speed) -defensive shortstop -most exciting player If there are 5 better baserunners at the AA level or lower, I haven't seen them... It's absolutely amazing his SB/CS rate and ratio given his speed. Good-not-great, but those are Beltran-like numbers...
