KipWellsFan
2-0 M's. Offense has already packed it in. Edit: Now 3-0. I'm saying we get shutout 5-0 tonight. No no we'll score at least 1 run. Everyone on the White Sox will be swinging for the fences now. I'm predicting we get at least 1 solo homerun.
Cerbaho-WG
I could give a s*** right about now. No way in hell would I ever pay to see these bags of s*** play. Promote everyone from Low-A ball, they might actually care about playing.
Rex Hudler
Just a guess, but I think we are looking at least a 2-hour rain delay. Sox should slow down so they don't get 5 innings finished before that point, in case they can't finish it. Big storms about 20-25 miles away. Cerbaho-WG
1-2-3 in the 4th. This team honestly doesn't care.
KipWellsFan
1-2-3 in the 4th. This team honestly doesn't care. that combined with the fact that Meche is on fire as of late totally screws our chances
whitesox247
that combined with the fact that Meche is on fire as of late totally screws our chances Meche on that 22-inning unearned run streak coming into the game. Should have ended in the first, but the Sox offense thought not.
Rex Hudler
Rain delay begins in less than 17 minutes. Book it. I'm telling you this long inning may be just what the Sox need. Let the M's keep scoring.
Cerbaho-WG
We deserve to lose, screw the rain delay. If this was the 2000 team I'd be saying "Yeah, stall!". But now, it doesn't even matter. Another loss to the M's on a makeup day would be inevitable.
Cerbaho-WG
5-0 M's as Edgar singles to Center.
Rex Hudler
I'm outta here. The mass of rain is almost on top of the stadium.
cwsox
PK gets a hit - maybe it will be the start of something - we can only hope at this point - a 5 run inning would be so nice now

elrockinMT
What do you do? Great 1st inning for Colon. Typical "heart of the line up" melt down for the Sox. Then 3 homers given up by Colon. I think what hurts the most is the two strike hit to the professional hitter Martinez. Two great pitches and Colon fails badly on the third and Joe Morgan says how hard it is to throw three strikes low by any pitcher. Meche did it. Garcia did it, Zito did it, etc, etc. Why can't our guys do it? Then to top it off I wait around for 2 hours after the rain started just hoping for more baseball and more punishment. Oh well, it's on to the West coast. Sox game will be on Friday over the Mariners network and we get it here so I'll be watching and hoping for a Sox win. But, I have to wonder what changes will be here when Friday rolls around?
