Dick Allen
2 strikes on Crede. There's about a 90% chance of a k or pop out.

fathom
If Crede is playing tomorrow, Ozzie should be fired. He's 2 for his last 22, I believe.

Dick Allen
The Count has been sharp, but if I were Ozzie, I'd be really happy with 6 good innings tonight.

Balta1701
QUOTE(Dick Allen @ Aug 9, 2005 -> 05:30 PM) The Count has been sharp, but if I were Ozzie, I'd be really happy with 6 good innings tonight. He's thrown 69 pitches through 4.2 innings...at that rate he should be able to get through 7, or at least through part of the 7th.

elrockinMT
Pathetic offense again. Is Tad the only guy who can hit? Chacon with a record of 1-7 and looks like Cy Young against us.

Dick Allen
QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Aug 9, 2005 -> 06:32 PM) He's thrown 69 pitches through 4.2 innings...at that rate he should be able to get through 7, or at least through part of the 7th. I don't think pitch count gets him. Its more a mental thing. I agree if he breezes through the sixth, bring him out for the seventh, but after that, if they string together a couple of hits, have someone ready.
