Balta1701
QUOTE(DBAH0 @ Aug 9, 2005 -> 05:34 PM) Anyone wanna compliment Jose on his stellar pitching thus far? 5 shutout innings against the Yankees? Yeah, that ain't too bad. Do we have a smiley with a Cuban flag?

Dick Allen
QUOTE(DBAH0 @ Aug 9, 2005 -> 06:34 PM) Anyone wanna compliment Jose on his stellar pitching thus far? I did earlier. He's been very sharp. I bet a lot of people thought he'd have a quick meltdown tonight.

fathom
Pods is actually swinging the bat much better tonight. He seems more aggressive at the plate instead of being in-between like he had been for a few weeks. I've always said he's a much better hitter when he swings hard, instead of when he tries to guide the ball.

DBAHO
QUOTE(fathom @ Aug 10, 2005 -> 10:40 AM) As you know, I was talking about everyday lineups...and not roster changes that have happened. Kudos to finding a worse one so quickly though. Well Buck's played mostly everyday, Murhpy is at the moment, don't know if Ruben Gotay is much better.
