I feel like a 6 year old on Christmas Eve.  Getting Griffey would be like getting the Turtle Bus, back in the day.  Man, I loved that toy.

Oh, that takes me back.

Going back further if I may, did anyone have the Ghostbusters stuff? I had the car, the station, and the people, it was cool.

Assisting the sidetracking of this thread, I have to include the ghost trap. Remember how it had an extension where you could press a button and it's plastic flaps would open? I found it a few years ago in my attic and foolishly threw it away. That s*** probably has value.

Well, if Bruce is going to be on Comcast at 10, then we have time to kill. :P

Toys we're so sweet back in our day, and now it's garbage.

Santa must've f'd me over here because I don't recall the trap or the backpack deal. :bang

My favorite collection of toys is the professional wrestler figurines my brother has.  The sad thing is that about half of them are dead now.

The good ones?

In the 80's, WWE, then WWF used to have these rubber or whatever they we're figures that we're like 6 of 7 inches tall and they kicked serious ass.

I loved wrestiling figures. I had the ring and everything, even some belts.

And not those big ones either. The ones that were made of hard plastic and about four-five inches tall were the best.

As I said above, wasn't a big fan of the plastic ones.

Did you ever have one of the wrestling buddies?

When I was a kid, Transformers were all the rage.  Of course, as I do today, I went against the trend and collected Go-Bots.

You know they're making a new Transformers movie? Also, there's another TMNT movie in the making, as well as a trilogy of Smurfs movies.
