(after step 4 makes the white part 1 px so if ya want it bigger make it higher than 3 px) 4. to this add a stroke thru layer styles--1 px, this instance it's black, inside. tada: the white portion on mine is a px too big because i forgot to switch from outside to inside on the layer style stroke.
