I thought it was just a small slump...obviously its much worse than that..

We hit in the 250s in April and May. Then hit in the 270s in June and July.

 

Now in the .220s in August.

 

Every crappy pitcher seems to get 6 or more strikeouts on us.

Corpseball in recent years was better than this offensive slump. There was a lot more talent in our lineups the last few years. Any word on how long PK will be out?

Anytime Geoff Blum and Timo are in the line-up I feel dizzy....I'd rather have Ross Gload up than Blum the bum.

Mussina is a good pitcher, but he isn't THAT good.

They are pressing at the plate big time and yes, it makes every pitcher look better no doubt. However, this guy is how many games over .500 for his career? Probably about 80?
