We have been debating this for a while on other boards, but if players were not able to be traded, and players were drafted and remained on the team, what would the White Sox lineup look like?

Astros

1B: Lance Berkman, Jeff Bagwell, Phil Nevin

2B: Craig Biggio

3B: Melvin Mora, Morgan Ensberg

SS: Carlos Guillen

C: John Buck

LF: Luis Gonzalez

CF: Kenny Lofton

RF: Bobby Abreu

SP: Johan Santana, Roy Oswalt, Freddy Garcia, Wade Miller, Scott Elarton

RP: Billy Wagner, Brad Lidge, Todd Jones, Kirk Saarloos

Unbelievably, Houston has no championships to show for it.

1998:

-Bobby Abreu left available in the expansion draft

-Melvin Mora released

-Freddy Garcia and Carlos Guillen traded for Randy Johnson

1999:

-Johan Santana left available in Rule V Draft

Talk about two years of utter stupidity.
