Kalapse Posted August 27, 2005 Share Posted August 27, 2005 We've got our 2 kickass rookies going for the stretch run. Jenks will make the playoff roster and more than likely we'll be seeing BA on there as well. In recent history rookies have come up huge for teams in September and in the playoffs, it doesn't hurt having a kickass rookie closer and what seems to be a pretty good OFer out there as well. We still win and maybe like Hawk said the confidence Oz showed in Duke will pay off in playoffs/Series. b.) We hang in there and play well in extra inns and win on Iguchi's blast. Big hit by a guy not hitting all that well since the break. c.) Anderson! Wow. d.) Hermy closes it off nicely. We win on a night we again hit poorly most of the game. Big win.
