Besides his start against them this year, El Duque has had pretty good success against the Rangers with a low ERA. I think his start against them this year was just before he went on the DL. Anyway, after watching Brandon dominate with that changeup, I'm wondering if the Rangers are just a fastball hitting team that struggles against offspeed stuff. If so, El Duque should have a pretty good outing with the variety of offspeed and trick pitches he throws.

Not too impressive of a line-up. Maybe they'll pull a shocker and score a few runs. Definitely looks more like a playing-out-the-string line-up, than one of a team involved in a pennant race.

Maybe Ozzie doesn't realize, but this division is still up for grabs. He is picking lineups like the Sox are up by 15 games with 20 left to play. Time for Oz to wake up. If Texas plays their regulars, the Sox are in big trouble.

Crap.. Brandon is going to start agaist Boston in the make up game.. Nothing like getting tossed to the wolves.

If he pitches like he did last night, he will do just as fine against that lineup. If you go position by position, Texas can almost stack up with Boston as far as lineups go, they just have zero pitching.
