i meant it was good cause we won.. thats like 7 in a row now..........meaning good for us for a change.... cause we know they suck or have been sucking badly ............nice to see the wins........your right though 5 walks... yikes...... :o

Cotts threw 97 pitches in 5 innings. It was the second straight outing he approached 100 pitches in only 5 innings. He definitely goes too deep into counts.

 

He has good stuff but still needs to change his approach. If he is to improve (and I think he will) you'll see less strikeouts, but less walks also. I think you will see him in AA all year.
