palesox38
Well, all the critics have had their take on the Rolling Stones tour, so here's mine. I have no idea where they got the idea that Mick Jagger didn't sound good. I can honestly say that he didn't sound any different than he did on any of their records. They sounded absolutely wonderful and my ears were still ringing when I woke up today. They played everything I expected and then some. All the big hits (Start Me Up, Satisfaction, Ruby Tuesday, Miss You), plugs for the new album, and even a few surprises (Night Time is the Right Time- A Tribute to Ray Charles), Keith Richards even sang a beautiful song (just him and an acoustic guitar) that they played at the Voodoo Lounge (not quite sure of the name). All in all I would have to say that this was the biggest production of a concert that I have ever seen. Great pyrotechnics and a few illusions (the stage floated out into the audience and they played a few songs out there). This was definitley one of the best times I have ever had. Kyyle23
Im with you Palesox, that was an amazing show. Also, it was the biggest and most multipurposed stage I have ever seen. I overheard someone saying that it takes 70 trucks to move all of their stuff, I wouldnt have believed it until i was actually inside. Really amazing. Jagger has more energy than I have had in the past 5 years, and I am 27.
