maggsmaggs
QUOTE(fathom @ Sep 25, 2005 -> 12:17 PM) 3-0 Cleveland in the first inning. KC makes an error, and the Indians make them pay for it. Does Kansas City even care? They just suck right now. When your hot, every mistake the opponent makes, you capitilize on it. Kinda how we played in the first half.
fathom
QUOTE(CYGarland @ Sep 25, 2005 -> 06:19 PM) Are you surprised? Not in the least bit. I stopped worrying about the Indians on Wednesday. It's all about the Yanks and Red Sox now for me.

fathom
That's not a good lineup for the Twins. If Buehrle can't put up a good start against them tonight, then he let this team down.

If Buehrle can't put up a good start against them tonight, then he let this team down. I don't understand, its the 'everyday' line up. The order is just a little juggled. No Mauer, Morneau, Jones, Stewart, or Hunter from the type of lineup the Twins had a few months ago. Edited September 25, 2005 by fathom

Felix
QUOTE(WSoxMatt @ Sep 25, 2005 -> 01:08 PM) Pods, LF ... Iguchi, 2B ... Rowand, CF ... Konerko, 1B ... Dye, RF ... Everett, DH ... AJ, C ... Crede, 3B ... Uribe, SS ... Buehrle, LHP. Bears Fan Aaron Rowand was decked out in Bears apparel before the game. With batting practice cancelled because of the rain (players hit under the stands in our cages), guys sat and watched the Bears/Bengals game. Rowand lives and dies with the Bears. I like this lineup. Alot.

Balta1701
QUOTE(maggsmaggs @ Sep 25, 2005 -> 11:21 AM) Does Kansas City even care? They just suck right now. When your hot, every mistake the opponent makes, you capitilize on it. Kinda how we played in the first half. Actually it actually does look like K.C. really does care. Greinke isn't pitching all that bad...he's retired Hafner twice after getting ahead of him, he's made some decent pitches...Victor Martinez just murdered a pitch inside with 2 men on in the first. Cleveland just isn't missing anything right now.
