First you must start with the GM; who wants to win.. and knows how to build a successful organiztion.. Then the manager will follow.

LOL, no GM wants to win more than Kenny. The guy wants nothing but a world series ring. Anything less is garbage to him.

I'm not near ready to fire Ozzie.  Not at all.  It ain't his fault this offense can't hit.  Sure he's done some things bad from the x's and o's stand point but he's done a lot of good in the clubhouse.

I actually think he won't be fired, but he'll quit after this season. It definitely seems like a possibility he could go after the Marlins job when it opens. I wouldn't blame him, as the Chicago media is pretty harsh.

I believe it IS Greg Walkers fault. He's a remnant of the home run hitting past of this team...and he doesn't fit anymore.

Look at what Cleveland did with their first batting coach this year...(I forget his name), but NOTHING...they bombed all year. Fired him, hired a new guy...and BAM went on this run they're on.

Sometimes...it IS the coaches...and its Walker to put this on. He has them ALL screwed up.

OK white Sox hitters, take notes. -- This is how you get a runner home from second base.

i will say that this year has all of us sox fans scratching our heads.....even though we can't score to save our mums lives....the most confounding thing is that we haven't been committing any errors to just put the stake in us. in the past we would have committed at least 10 errors in the last week just to really put us out of our misery. i hope i didn't just jenks the hell out of us...

All I know is this, if I were a GM, I'd think long and hard about hiring DJ as a manager.  I've long thought he'd be an exceptional candidate.  I know a lot of you hate him, but the guy knew how to play the game (he wasn't great) and he's always talking about the suttle things he was taught that the Sox aren't doing.

Your what hurts?

An idiot is an idiot is an idiot.
