GoRowand33
mlb.com has pages that say both this is actually some what important to me because if it's on the fourth I won't have to miss any school and if it is the fifth I can't go until game two on the sixth, and that would cost me an extra 25 dollars(because I would have to pay to miss a drum lesson) kind of confusing I know either way help is appreciated

Chisoxfn
Do we already know? I assume we don't find that out until we know who the matchup is. I just hope the Sox don't play on Wednesday or Thursday during the afternoon (got 2 big ass tests on Thursday and Wednesday I'd like to study for them). On a sidenote, I'm assuming its 2 at home, 2 on the road and then the final at home in the best of 5?

Chisoxfn
Cool. I guess I'll just have ot study extra early or something. So if they play Anaheim the weekend games will be in Anaheim (the Friday and Saturday ones). Than they travel back to Chicago for a game on Monday (or so I'd guess). I'd be definately down for a Friday and Saturday Sox games in Anaheim. That would be most perfect.
White Sox Josh
we do play on Wednesday. I got the tickets today in the mail. Boy do they look beautiful.

Yeah, I was wondering what the tiebreaker is.... Run differential maybe? Common opponents? Coin Flip? -- We won a coin flip, I know.

EvilMonkey
I just hope the Sox don't get screwed like last time they were in the playoffs by having 11am start time during the week. That sucked last time. We have the best record in the AL, we should get the choic game times. f*** the Yank-mes or those OTHER sox.

EDIT: Actually I was basing that 1 central start on the fact that we played a west coast team but yeah same thing in 2000 so nevermind. Gene Honda Civic
Found the NY tiebreaker... the White Sox would gain home field based on a better winning percentage against rivals in its own division: a 49-22 mark for the White Sox vs. 40-31 for the Yankees.
