I wanted to win this series to eliminate any possibility of any "backing in" talk. We are going in to the playoffs with the best record in the AL and stared adversity in the face and didn't blink. You said it. The playoffs ain't gonna be easy. We need to win both home games vs. Boston to start that puny 5-game series. If we lose one, we could be toast against the world champs.
