even with the rainout in ny the other day and if ny wins tonight are we for sure still playing on tues?  i sure hope so...that would be a tired opponent!

There is a rumor going around that if the Yankees should win tonight the ALCS game 1 will be pushed back to Wed. and the NLCS game 1 would be played on Tues.

New York won forcing a game 5 in Aneheim on Monday. I really think there's a damn good chance the ALCS will be starting on Wednesday.

If that's happening you'd think they'd announce that tonight, no?? To atleast give people a day who worked their schedules around these games.

You'd think. Selig has probably made his mind up already and if he has decided to change the start dates, he'd probably get press releases out within the next few hours. At least that would be the logical thing to do.

Selig being logical? That's a laugh.

They're not going to push back game 1. FOX would never allow that. They've been putting ads on the air for the last few days stating the ALCS would be on Tuesday night. If they bump back the ALCS and bump the NLCS forward, there would be many New York fans upset with FOX, and that seems to be all they care about, since those fans tend to spend a lot of $$$$.

It's not his decision.
