fathom
After careful consideration, I think I would forgive KW if he traded the rights to Ozzie for Miguel Cabrera. It might take me a few days to get over it, but I would find it in my heart to forgive KW.

Sorry, I just thought of the possibility of Cabrera moving back to 3B and Lou Piniella at the helm. I have to go clean my pants now.
GreatScott82
All this Ozzie talk about him leaving, or about him retirering as a manager if we win it all is BS. Ozzie isn't going anywhere. Lets face it- he's our best manager since LaRussa, and w/o him we wouldn't be in this situation. I'm sure he loves Flordia, but Chicago is his true home. Not that I am trying to take a shot at Ozzie, but our best manager since Larussa. His competition Fregosi. Not a great manager, but OK. Torborg. I like him. I wish did not let him go the way they did. Probably 2nd place. Lamont. The prequel to the Scarecrow Manuel. Bevington. The Dark Ages of Sox history. Manuel. The scarecrow, Go I am glad he is gone. I expect he will never manage again. With the exception of Torborg, Ozzie really does not have a ton of competition. That being said, your statement is absolutely true. fathom
QUOTE(DonkeyKongerko @ Oct 12, 2005 -> 08:44 PM) Cabrera = lazy ass 12 year old. Yeah, since our last two left fielders showed so much hustle in the outfield.

Greg The Bull Luzinski
While the Carlos Lee comparison is justified, his 2005 stats far from suck. Particularly if in our often aneimic lineup. fathom
Miguel Cabrera is one of the best looking young hitters to come into the majors in a long time. I was completely kidding when I said he could possibly be traded for Guillen.
