fathom
Great swing by PK, and the result was terrific! Doubtful they would have had a play on Iguchi even without the bounce.
Balta1701
How's this for a change of pace, with RISP tonight, Konerko is 2/3 with 3 RBI's.

NUKE_CLEVELAND
Sox are doing an outstanding job of laying off the garbage low and away tonight. Thats why we're winning now.
fathom
QUOTE(jphat007 @ Oct 15, 2005 -> 01:46 AM) Forget you man, that ball was crushed. It was on him in a second. Cause he was play about 75 feet from the batter. It's the same thing as anyone who thought Vlad's infield single was hit hard before.
SSH2005
I didn't say the play was unlucky. It wasn't. It was a good play. What was unlucky was that he hit it hard and it went right to the fielder. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That's not luck. That's just baseball.
SSH2005
Forget you man, that ball was crushed. It was on him in a second. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The ball was only on Figgins in a second because he was playing a mile up from 3rd base. chisox72
They are doing what they should have been doing in the first two games, they are being patient and making him pitch. They didn't really do that in game 1 or 2. Tonight they seem to be really focused at the plate (save for a few questionable at bats). On the whole, this team looks very good tonight... Now we just need JG to keep pitching his ass off!
