Big Hurtin
Does anyone know if Joe Bulk will be doing football, or if he's staying to do the baseball game?

Brian
If you are referring to the never ending talk of the catchers interference call, Buck let it go, changing the subject to the Sox staff. McCarver kept beating a dead horse with it. Buck is a good TV guy. I know for a fact he is doing our game tomorrow cuz last week he was joking with Aikman about how he won't be at the football game. bulokis
That guy kept insisting on the missed calls by the umpires but the more they focus on them, we just kept on running away with the game. We did not win bcoz of the umps, we won bcoz we played better than the Angels.

CSF
QUOTE(Big Hurtin @ Oct 15, 2005 -> 10:12 PM) Does anyone know if Joe Bulk will be doing football, or if he's staying to do the baseball game? During the baseball playoffs, Buck does baseball only. Dick Stockton takes his spot for FOX NFL Sundays. That being said, I don't care if Jay Mariotti is doing pbp tomorrow. Let's get the win and get to the Series!
GoodAsGould
I normally dont care for him but but next to McCarver he is the best announcer ever... not 2 mention Lou Piniella is not good up there either.... although he has noticably improved since game 1. earthshiner
I can't stand buck. he is the worst announcer I have heard in any sport. calling an out that the right fielder caught near the track a pop up is pretty bad.
southsider2k5
Buck was the most negative announcer I ever remember on a national stage. Usually those guys are the most glowing I hear about the teams that are playing, Buck instead portrayed everything in the worst possible light, and harped on the negatives the whole series. It was pretty discusting IMO.

southsider2k5
QUOTE(greasywheels121 @ Oct 17, 2005 -> 08:44 AM) Ya, if you watch the final out on the Sox site, Buck is like more pissed than anything. f*** him, we're going to the World Series. I didn't even think he was biased one way or another necesarily, but he just basically b****ed the whole series. It really took away from the quality of the broadcast. For some reason I like McCarver and thought Pinella did a solid job, but Buck singlehandedly poisoned the booth.
