Assuming the bears don't draft in the top 10 he would be a good late round pick or early 2nd round pick. I know he is from Michigan but please don't compare him to David Terrell. They couldn't be more different. Avant is a leader and has the best hands in College Football. Almost everything that is thrown to him he catches. Avant would have to be about the 8th best WR in the '06 draft as of right now. Chad Jackson, Florida Santonio Holmes, Ohio State Derek Hagan, Arizona State Demetrius Williams, Oregon Martin Nance, Miami of Ohio Hank Baskett, New Mexico Travis Wilson I would put those 7 recievers ahead of Avant in terms of NFL quality talent.
