What he is is the FIRST manager to lead a White Sox team to the World Series since 1959, and the FIRST White Sox manager to have to win TWO playoff series to get there!!! Is he a PERFECT manager? He's not crazy, he's CRAFTY. His role in molding a team that the "experts" picked to finish 3rd or 4th into the BEST team in the A.L., both regular season and postseason, cannot be understated.
