I don't think anybody is screwed - not totally at least.  I agree they should be able to send out a 'processing request' general email or at least post it on the site, but I'm sure they set aside what they thought was an appropriate amount of WS tix for people who purchased the packages and those were not part of the general release.

Now, whether they held back enough for each package to get 1 WS ticket for each of the 4 potential games is another matter. I reread that first sentence at least 50 times, and it still sounds like the idea was you would get an offer to by a ticket to each game – with the "if available" caveat large-looming and now pregnant with meaning.

For what it's worth, my Dad took momentary leave of his usually fiscally responsible senses (Go Dad!!) and signed on the line for a pair of full season plans as well.  So I'm pinning my hopes on this coming through just like you.

When the Bulls used the All-Star game as a sales tool, they did run out of seats.

i really really had to keep my cool....she managed to tell me that they processed the people who were there this morning before they did ours...I said this is not fair...she said well we couldnt turn them away...she said they have been swamped all day with emails, voicemails and what not...god forbid these people work more than 8 hours in a day....i am not happy....this is not a good way to get fans to come out to the ballpark, by screwing people who are willing to dump over 3 thousand into your system.....f*** this s***

*IF AVAILABLE*

was the terms of the offer

no one can b**** - well - and have anything legit to gripe about, unfortunately.

start pimping the b****es on 35th right before the game, or bend the f*** over and ppay 10 times face.

only then will you get to see any live baseball until next year

just got off the phone with them...if you have not got a call you do NOT have tickets

Are you off the hook for the season package and the "non-refundable" deposit?

This is serious bad news for I don't know how many hundreds of people who signed on the line in the last day or so because they were promised a chance to buy WS tix.

Damn.

A CHANCE

not that they WOULD get them.

I don't think they expected the response they got from what I can tell.

i think that is why they didnt charge our cards....if they charge me 50% they will hear from me...I HAVE NO PROBLEM paying them 205 per seat or the 10% for next year but I am not willing to pay half when no one else would have to for the same thing i am getting

That's the problem though Kap, they worded that whole thing so poorly, that's why my dad wouldn't jump at it until we talked to a rep which we never got a hold of, I can easily see how that would trick some people.

If they charge my card without calling or anything I will flip my lid for sure...I am still probably going to purchase season tix for next year but there is no way I'm putting down a 50% deposit....then I get upset

As of right now I can deal. I've often stewed in my own feces before

But no chance was offered in these cases because the online orders were not processed. Are those people out the 50% deposit?
