But I'd say any hopes DeLay had of making all this disappear quickly seem to have been dashed. AUSTIN, Texas Oct 19, 2005 — A state court issued an arrest warrant on Wednesday for Rep. And it would be like the Dems hit the Powerball jackpot if Cheney was forced to resign. Even the Dems aren't so bumbling that they could fail to take advantage of this, are they?
