TheBigHurt
I heard a headine of the news last night that a star player of the Sox missed practice and it was unknown if he would be back in time for WS Game 1, but I missed the news. Does anyone know who this is and if he'll be back??? Edited October 20, 2005 by TheBigHurt

Chisoxrd5
QUOTE(Steff @ Oct 20, 2005 -> 10:28 AM) I'm wondering if he really thinks it's the players that are having them.. Thus the concern on if they will miss games after the "terrible pains of childbirth" that Paulie went through down in Arizona. In my opinion this is the best thing that could happen for Paulie...congrats to him and his wife!
retro1983hat
FYI ... I read that October has the most people with birthdays. Think about the people you know. I know me, my wife, my dad, my grandmother, two cousins, and three friends have October birthdays. But this would be true for Chicagoans. Think about it, there is not much to do in Chicago in January ... EXCEPT . But these guys live in warm climates during the off season. Well, he's been playing for over a year and a half with a degenerative hip that damn near caused his retirement, so he can deal with some pain.... Boy do I miss the old gal. She was a pistol.
