One at-bat changes nothing for me.

Thats the biggest clutch hit by a Sox player all season with the momentum the other way off Brad f***ing Lidge.

Pods says WHOSE CLUTCH NOW b****.

Unless we can figure out Lidge - which will not be easy - our bullpen better have a few innings in them. El Duque should start warming up now. This is what all that rest was for.

Thank you Scotty for making me look stupid... YES!!!

PS - How classic was that replay of Rowand's reaction... "No... no.... no way...... YESSS!!!"

I cannot believe it. Podsednik goes yard. My 2 favorite home runs of all time come about an hour away from each other.

If you read Rowand's lips when it was hit, I'm pretty sure he was saying "no way, no way"

Yeah, I thought Game 1 was the best game I had ever seen, now I have a new one. A Konerko 2-out Grand Slam and a Pods Walk-off Home Run off of one of the best Relievers in the game.

Crazy just Crazy!

If Podsednik makes even a decent throw the game would have been over anyways.  Nice try though.  :rolly

Mwhahaha.

You've gotta feel mighty foolish right now.

I won't rub it in too much though cause we're all sox fans.

I'm happy for Pods, I want to see him succeed. After a few years, I'll probably forget about his bad throw though.

I love how you just neglect to mention that even a half-way decent throw would have ended the game in the 9th inning. I'm happy as f*** that Podsednik made up for that terrible defensive play though.

Why would anyone be feeling foolish for saying podsednik is not clutch? Sure, that homerun was f***ing huge... but people only seem to remember when players do well ( podsednik and timo) and forget all the times they fail in the clutch.

His throw was awful whether you agree or not.
