Seriously. You know you are going to get a first pitch strike. If he gets down 0-1 or 0-2 with all that time off he has no chance. Just take a swing and hope.

If you're swinging at the first pitch you see, it better be a good swing. Instead, he was basically going up there trying to pull whatever he saw. We took the bat out of PK's hands that inning, even though that's more the fault of Iguchi for forgetting how to execute the last month than it is Ozzie.

Well. He was screwed being down 0-2. You HAVE to setal early there.

What do you mean why? The guy has had 1 live at-bat since the 21st of September. There is absolutely no reason not to take a pitch or two there, considering your the worst player in the Major Leagues, and the likliness of him getting the job done was slim and none, and slim was nowhere to be found.

Thats pathetic. I can't believe this guy is on the roster.

Who is left in the pen? Ozzie's gotta be kicking himself for using Cotts for one batter.

That was the only thing i didn't like from ozzie tonight. Hermanson had no business facing lane, cotts had a huge advantage over lane.
