Milkman delivers
When are they announced? And I guess this thread can be used for the inevitable arguing/b****ing that will come of these awards.

MattZakrowski
I saw that on MLB.com, but does anyone know when Rowand and Crede collect their gold gloves?
gettysburg32
QUOTE(MattZakrowski @ Oct 30, 2005 -> 11:33 PM) I saw that on MLB.com, but does anyone know when Rowand and Crede collect their gold gloves? What about Eric Chavez? Everyone knows he's a better defensive player than anyone in the league.

Balta1701
QUOTE(RockRaines @ Oct 31, 2005 -> 09:00 AM) Hes better at 3B than crede, sorry. He has better range than Crede (only slightly), but Crede is more reliable when he gets the ball (only slightly). Chavez had a lower fielding percentage by a fair amount, but he would have caught more balls than Crede even if Joe hadn't been hurt. Although, that could be a reflection of Uribe vs. Crosby in who sucks up more balls, or even in the type of pitchers each team has as well. They are, in my opinion, very very close with the glove, Or at least last year they were. Remove a couple of stupid mistakes by Crede (Ramirez popup) and he'd be the best in my book. If ARod wins a gold glove at third they should beat the living sh*t out of the voters.
Buehrle>Wood
For as good as Crede is on defense, he has to be the most unlucky or just cursed defensive player I have watched. I swear to god, evertime Joe makes an error it seems someone will score later in the inning.
