Bridgeport_Joe
I saw he only went 4 innings despite pitching pretty well in B'ham. Anyone know if (gulp) an injury was involved?

Jim Fainter
I believe I mentioned that the Rockies GM is dumber than a bag of rocks. KW should seek him out for another trade. I would love to see those two talk trade at a conference table and watch the wheels move.

Chisoxfn
Pacheco is a stud. He's shooting up the list on our prospect charts.

CWSOX45 We should probably wait to see if this kid ever pitches in the majors before getting TOO excited about this trade.
BrandoFan
Pacheco is a stud. He's shooting up the list on our prospect charts. As long as he: --throws 3 or more pitches for strikes, with good movement --has solid mechanics and doesn't tip the them off --is not a nut case like Wells/Garland/Ankiel I don't care if his fastball is 97 or 91. He does throw in the high 90's. According to Bullard he's got great stuff.

Say, isn't he a really skinny dude who weighs less than Willie Harris despite being 6'2"? To bad "high 90's" in the Sox minor league lingo is often "low 90's" in the majors (see: Kane, Valentine, Wright, Barcelo, Wells, Galrand, Stumm, Rauch, etc), funny how that works, lol...
