chisoxfan79
I can see the whole Central division in the playoffs this year with Milwaukee alot better.
qwerty
QUOTE(SSH2005 @ Nov 2, 2005 -> 11:03 PM) Eddy Curry had a good game (19 points, 8 rebounds) but the Knicks still lost to the Celtics. 40% shooting, 50% free throws, and only 8 rebounds in 42 minutes ( seems like that could be the most minutes played in a game in his career). It was a decent game i suppose.

Losing to the Celtics = LOL. That is like losing to the Magic. Right Dbaho?
Chisoxfn
QUOTE(chisoxfan79 @ Nov 2, 2005 -> 08:52 PM) Does anybody think the Bulls can take the division this year. Not a chance

Chisoxfn
QUOTE(Kalapse @ Nov 2, 2005 -> 08:57 PM) I'd say there's a major difference between the two. One game meant something and quite frankly this one didn't. That Arizona/Illini game was one of the best comebacks I've ever seen. Totally amazing. I remember (not being a fan of either team, although I respect both of them and will casually cheer for them when they aren't playing my team) actually cheering and getting excited at the end of that game. I see no reason why curry doesn't average 12 rebounds a game this year. He will have alot of rebound opportunities with all those low percentage shooters on the knicks. Chisoxfn
QUOTE(SleepyWhiteSox @ Nov 2, 2005 -> 08:57 PM) He is 10 times the player...talent-wise. But Duhon is raising his game by playing hard. Anyways, it was only the Bobcats, but it was good to see them not give up. The most important thing for me from this game is the status of Kirk. I hope he'll be fine. He's not a better basketball player at this stage. Duhon was better last year, we'll see what happens this year and the years to come. Chisoxfn
QUOTE(Jordan4life_2005 @ Nov 2, 2005 -> 09:02 PM) Bulls over Pistons? Anything outside of key injuries, the Bulls don't finish any better than 3rd. I would love to be wrong, though. Even that will be tough. Mil and Cleveland are both strong teams. I really like Mil. The Bulls are in by far and away the toughest division in the NBA.

GoodAsGould
I got to say the first 3 quarters of this game were way ugly.... they were beyond ugly.... i was sick to my stomach just watching them. But man that 4th quarter was something else. I like that combo of Duhon/Gordon/Pike I think they can work really good with each other.... also songalia was clutch when it mattered. All i got to say is I way underestimated Duhon he was great today.... that being said if we play like that against any other team thats a L so Ill take the win with the understanding we have lots to work on. Whats interesting is we started owning have Kirk was out.
ChWRoCk2
i cant believe we came back, couldnt watch it, saw we were down alot at fourth and kind of stopped refreshing gameday, then next were in OT and win, awesome

GoodAsGould
Now Qwerty you have to admit they actually called traveling this game very well.... its definitely improving..... And I know part of it was that there was no star power on either team but I didnt see any real ticky tack fouls which is a plus.

Dumb on his part... but he shouldn't have been near him to foul him. He is not blocking anyone. One game is not gonna change my opinion about the nba's officiating. No doubt the officiating in the NBA is the worse... but im glad they are making an emphasis on calling travels.... they were doing it in pre-season 2 so its not like just this 1 game... Dont know what foul you are talking about considering there was no Crawford on either team but im guessing your talking about the knicks or something.... and yes they are still being babied but its improving a little it seems. jenksd
What an amazing, breathtaking game. Breathtaking in the sense that us Bulls fans wanted to kill ourselves for losing by 30 to the Bobcats too. I know it was against a bad team, but that was just awesome.
