I still stand by earlier assertions that this team was more lucky last year than good. Urlacher has been a non-issue so far. He was everywhere last year. The opposing offenses have learned how to, so far, limit his effectiveness. Mike Brown has been a non-issue this year. Jim Miller and Chris Chandler are proving me right once again. Miller isn't that good and is injury prone and Chandler's time has come and gone. I, personally, thought Chandler would do a somewhat better job than he has but he has sucked as bad as the team. Combine all this with the fact that you have drunk drivers and injuries on your starting lines, and this spells L-O-S-I-N-G!
Chisoxfn
I think its obvious that our entire coaching staff will be gone in the offseason. Jauron will go to the Bengals and Nick Saban will come to the Bears. Saban is a great defensive mind and he will bring in veteran guys to run the coordinator positions and we will be back. I thought it was fun watching Burris. Ya he sucked, but he did some running, and threw a couple beautiful balls that were dropped. He also looked absolutely ugly, but hey, down that much, I had to just laugh.

Mathew
I used to watch Burris in Calgary when he was backing un Jeff Garcia. In Saskatchewan in the CFL, it's not like he stole the show there, but of the lastest wave of CFLers he's the only one that stuck, Dickenson, Sankey can't say as much. Chisoxfn
I don't think he's going to stick in the NFL though cause he looked completely lost yesterday as well as in the preseason, but I will give the guy a shot, it isn't like were playing for the superbowl. If they do, he needs to just resign.

But Ed and his wife like Jauron so he is going to have to make a strong case to fire him, if he does not go elsewhere. That's why they got "stuck" with Angelo, everyother GM wanted to ax Jauron but the family wouldn't let it happen.

Yeah that was kinda my point when I said "Lets just hope the MccASSkey's don't stop him. "
