iWiN4PreP
I got my first replica jersey. and i was wondering what some tips are on washing them? Thanks.
Rex Hudler
Don't get it dirty!! Only kidding. If you get stains on it, treat them individually before you wash the jersey. If the stain is deep or tough to get out, use a soft to medium bristle brush to help scrub the stain out. Wash normally and let hang dry. Do not put them in a dryer. ZoomSlowik
I just throw mine in with the normal wash (sleeveless jersey with vest, actual jersey goes in the permanent press, shirt goes in with the dark cottons).
knightni
I have a replica bears jersey, I wash it inside out on warm, then hang it up and let it dry on it's own.
LosMediasBlancas
Never machine wash a jersey. As someone said jokingly, don't get it dirty, that's true. Secondly, dry clean only.
bjm676
dry clean. Bought a WS patch that I'm going to have sewn onto my Buehrle jersey. Taking it to the taylor, of course. Might as well have them dry clean it as well.

Is there a 'WS Champs' patch?..or just the 'WS05'?

Drew
My experience with replicas is the fabric they're made from doesn't hold up to stains, wear and tear, or washing like the authentics do. I've had a few replica baseball and hockey jerseys over the years by different manufacturers and they've all been disappointing. None of them were the current makes by Majestic, though, so YMMV. If you're worried about color bleeding or fading, machine wash cold and then hang dry. I've got an authentic Blackhawks white jersey back when CCM still made them (and Roenick was wearing the 'A') that I machine wash normal cycle and usually hang dry, never any problems. It's close to 10 years old and no fraying or pilling to speak of. I'm far from certain but I don't know if the pros get their stuff dry-cleaned. Then again, since most players have 4-5 uniform sets, they may be able to afford the time turnaround.
