Heads22
Since it's good luck when I start game threads, maybe the Saints will pull this one out.

Purdue129
quick recap for us out-of-towners? pretty much just an INT so far?
fathom
QUOTE(Purdue129 @ Nov 6, 2005 -> 09:27 PM) quick recap for us out-of-towners? pretty much just an INT so far? He also missed on what should have been an easy TD to Moose, but the throw was out of bounds.

fathom
Nice playcalling on that drive. That TD pass looked way, way too easy.
Heads22
I think the Bears will most likely win a game this year 4-3. Orton looks more off than usual.
GoodAsGould
I know some people think Orton is a savior... but I personally cant wait till Grossman returns and will be pissed if he doesnt start when he is ready.
Heads22
I agree with Murcie's line of thinking. Grossman will most likely slip on a banana peel in his first game back.
fathom
Someone forgot to wake up the Bears linebackers today.

Heads22
Yay. I'm 7-1 so far today and I would like to see that continue.
fathom
That was the worst defensive possession the Bears have had all season. They're making things way too easy for Brooks on 3rd down by blitzing 8 and just leaving the quick pass wide open.
Heads22
Orton imploding after a nice pass-n-catch.

fathom
This is sickening. Get Orton out of the f***ing game....this is one of the worst performances I've seen....since the Bengals game.

fathom
It's up to the Bears defense to score to win this game.
GoodAsGould
Every single game he overthrows his recievers... you would think in week 9 they would be able to fix the prob.
WHarris1
I seriously wonder why the refs don't just throw a flag when a team goes into punt formation.
fathom
QUOTE(SoxFan101 @ Nov 6, 2005 -> 10:19 PM) Every single game he overthrows his recievers... you would think in week 9 they would be able to fix the prob. The thing I don't get is that the media says that his strength in college was throwing the deep ball. Whenever I watched Purdue games, it seemed like every pass was a 7 yard slant.
