The problem is neither I or my parents usually remember who I was with last year. So to answer the question I have no clue what I'm doing this year. I'll be at the Mom-In-Law's this year. My wife's family lives in The Land Of Cheese And Beer, so we alternate where we spend each Thanksgiving and Christmas. Last year at Christmas I discovered the art of brine-soaking and then smoke grilling the turkey, so we will probably do that over the traditional oven method or the all teh rage s*** kicker deep-fryer method. We have WAY too much food, owing to the fact that someone always wants to try a new turkey receipe every year (like Flaxx's brine and grill or deep frying it), but not wanting to give up a roasted bird. Last year I cajun-rubbed it, this year im going to just fill it up with injections of broth and marinade then deep fry that puppy. Its the only way to go. So her older bro and older sister have a major case of green envy. good food is always something to look for. Her mom is a good cook. The in-laws-to-be are flying in Tuesday and staying until the following Tuesday...with us. My mom will be here Tues.-Sat. My dad will be here Wed.-Sat. Plus, I get to see my sister and her family who I see twice a year, who will be visiting from Philly. Then, it's Turkey and Potatoes for a week.
