FlaSoxxJim
QUOTE(Soxy @ Nov 20, 2005 -> 03:45 PM) Drank a bunch of that last night. Really a very light tasting wine and pretty tasty. Very easy to drink a lot of it though. . .A lot. Thanks for the recommendation Flaxx! Glad you found it and gave it a spin. Ours just showed up today, so we will get a chance to tray a bottle or three over the next couple of days. Soxy
QUOTE(FlaSoxxJim @ Nov 20, 2005 -> 06:15 PM) Glad you found it and gave it a spin. Ours just showed up today, so we will get a chance to tray a bottle or three over the next couple of days. I'd be lying if I didn't say my friend and I each drank a bottle last night. Nice little tasty treat. However, neither of us had a hangover. So, rock on, Beaujolais Nouveau!
FlaSoxxJim
We had a bottle of the DuBoeuf tonight. It was good, a little thin compared to a more complex French red wine maybe. But once it had a chance to breathe it had some interesting things going on besides the up front fruitiness. It passed the only really important test. When the bottle was gone my wife and I were sorry we hadn't picked up another one.
