First time ever that a Packers loss made me feel sick.

How many damned luck games can the Vikings win?

BRAD JOHNSON BABY - UNDEFEATED(as a starter)!!!

Oh, and to anybody in this thread for this week - atleast you're not a Bills or Phins fan. Rowand and I were wondering which was worse, getting absolutely destroyed by a good but not great team in San Diego, or getting shutout and losing by 22 to a bad but talented Cleveland team.

Good points, except meh to Brad Johnson. He'd have 2 losses in a row if his defense wasn't scoring him points.

I think by seasons end people will be calling San Diego a great team. Call it a hunch.

Tell that to the 9 offenses that score less than the Bears

The Bears have scored 112 points from passing and rushing (including extra points). For 10 games that's 11.2 points from the offense per game. Of course then you've got 30 points from field goals. So that's 142 out of 169 points, which means 7 points for returns (Wade's TD) and the other 20 from the defense.

Then the Bears are 28th in total offense and 30th in passing offense. Only Buffalo, San Francisco, Houston and New York average less yards then the Bears. Basically, if the Bears didn't have a running game, great defense or not, they'd be screwed.

They'd be a super bowl contender if their secondary wasn't so damn raw. I watched Bollinger of the NY Jets come in and do his best Dan Marino imitation against them. When the Chargers go up against a prolific passing team in the playoffs, they gone.

Teams that I see beating, if not killing the Chargers:

Indianapolis

Cincinatti

There is absolutely no question that our passing offense is putrid. If we were even mediocre in that aspect, I'd be thinking Super Bowl. No joke.

Before the season started, I had Carolina and Jacksonville down as the two best D-Lines in the league. The Bears D-Line is now just as good, if not better than that of both the Panthers and Jaguars.

Carolina allowed 12 sacks on the season going into Soldier Field, and by the time the game was over, their allowed sacks went up 67%. If people weren't sold on the potential of the Bears D before, they are now.

Chargers will beat the Colts once this year (whether its the regular season game or the playoff game).
