I seriously doubt they'd have an 8-3 record...any idea that the Bears are Super Bowl worthy just isn't right. The teams they have beaten have a combined 47-51 record. They arent amazing but right now they are the 2nd best team in the NFC and have just beaten 2 of the better teams in the conference in back to back weeks.
