Someone kidnapped her, raped, sodomized and murdered her and left her naked body on the Prairie Path. Two men, Rolando Cruz and Alex Hernandez were sentenced to death row, but later exonerated. Now, the man who was originally suspected and confessed, Brian Dugan, is charged with the crime. Dugan is already serving 2 LWOP sentences in IL. Will justice come for Jeanine's family?
