Rex Kickass
QUOTE(Heads22 @ Dec 7, 2005 -> 04:21 PM) Pittsburgh 5 Bears 4 That would be the most boring game ever. You forgot the OT after your score though.
GoodAsGould
Did anyone listen to Boers and Bernstein.... supposedly they were talking to Grossman who is right next to Orton. Anyways he was saying it would be nice if he was back in because than the offense could complete a 20 yard pass or something like that

Confederate_48
Might want to alter those predictions Bears FS Mike Brown (calf) hurt himself in practice Thursday and may not start or play at Pittsburgh in Week 14. (Updated 12/09/2005). Chris Harris is out as well so we have the great duo of Todd Johnson and Mike Green as our safetys

chimpy2121
Both Mike Brown and Terrance Metcalf will miss the game Sunday according to chicagobears.com. I would assume Garza will take over for Metcalf at RG. I dont know if they're going to go with Green or McGowan at FS though for Brown (I would still think that they're keeping Todd Johnson at SS). I think it would almost be better to try Green at FS where he was decent a couple seasons ago. Either way, it's going to be a tough day for the DBs. White Sox Josh
20-17 Bears. Kyle Orton goes 16-25 for 188 yards and 2 Touchdown passes. The defense has some trouble in the beginning of the game as the Steelers decide to attack the Bears with the passing game however the Bears defense adjusts and is able to be a bend but don't break defense this week. The Steelers Passing defense is pretty weak and Ron Turner opens up the playbook for Orton and allows him to be more aggressive.

Jordan4life_2007
Just heard that Mike Brown and Terrance Metcalf will be out tomorrow. I think Garza will be able to fill in nicely for Metcalf. But losing Brown definitely hurts.

THEWOOD
No matter who you think will win, you have got to like the points (6) for the bears.
whitesoxin'
I actually think the Bears will lose; however, Big Ben is all beat up so there is a good chance that the D will dominate him and the Bears might even blow this out. I just can't fathom a nine game winning streak for the Chicago Bears.

I just can't fathom a nine game winning streak for the Chicago Bears. Ben being hurt is the Bears best shot at making it 9 straight. If they can put a couple of good sticks on him early they can throw off his whole game and force them to rely on their less than stellar running game.
