The childhood bully that rapper Eminem claims shoved him into school lockers and broke his nose on a bathroom urinal will face off with the megastar -- in court.

 

DeAngelo Bailey filed a $1 million lawsuit against Eminem alleging the rapper falsely portrayed him and damaged his reputation in Eminem's song "Brain Damage."

 

This is what Eminem's rap states:

Way before my baby daughter Hailey

I was harassed daily by this fat kid named D'Angelo Bailey

An eighth grader who acted obnoxious, cause his father boxes

so everyday he'd shove me in the lockers

One day he came in the bathroom while I was pissin

And had me in the position to beat me into submission

He banged my head against the urinal til he broke my nose,

Soaked my clothes in blood, grabbed me and choked my throat

I tried to plead and tell him, "We shouldn't beef"

But he just wouldn't leave, he kept chokin me and I couldn't breathe

He looked at me and said, "You gonna die honkey!"

The principal walked in (What's going on in here?)

and started helpin him stomp me

I made them think they beat me to death

Holdin my breath for like five minutes before they finally left

Then I got up and ran to the janitor's storage booth

Kicked the door hinge loose and ripped out the four inch screws

Grabbed some sharp objects, brooms, and foreign tools

"This is for every time you took my orange juice,

or stole my seat in the lunchroom and drank my chocolate milk.

Every time you tipped my tray and it dropped and spilt.

I'm gettin you back bully! Now once and for good."

I cocked the broomstick back and swung hard as I could

and beat him over the head with it til I broke the wood

Sounds like a real happy tune. They should use that one in a Disney feature.

Bailey has been threatening to sue for years. It sure has taken him long enough - he has milked the publicity forever while he has done nothing with his life -

 

and hey I know the lawyer John Chupa who quit on Bailey's case!

 

You know the first place I ever heard of Eminem was on a Michigan attorney's list when his mother was looking for a lawyer to sue him for slander for what he said aboiut her - every lawyer who knew the case advised every other lawyer not to take it because Eminem's defense would be all he said was the truth and he would prevail - and he did! Just as he will in this one.

 

I think it is cool that for once all the tough guy school yard bullies get called out by name -

 

and I think it would make a perfect Disney movie! It would be more upbeat that Old Yeller - or Bambi or any other Disney flick where a character you care about dies. At least this time, the hero comes out on top!

 

And as far as movies - I am the proud owner of Slim Shady cartoon dvds -yes, they do have those! -- they are a tad, ah, over the top but funny as hell. The basic premise is that the South Park gang beats the Slim Shady gang in baseball, and all sorts of revenge mayhem takes place -
