Ricky3353
QUOTE(WilliamTell @ Dec 11, 2005 -> 12:00 PM) No kidding. I don't like him one bit. I'd rather go with Anderson in Center. We dont need Jones, especially considering the outfield is where all of our best prospect are (besides for PC grad Kris Honel). Jones is a left fielder anyway. bmags
QUOTE(sayitaintso @ Dec 11, 2005 -> 11:51 PM) Honel is a pitcher. i think he was saying that honel is a best prospect, so it was like saying, considering all of our best prospects are in the outfield (except for kris honel, who is a best prospect but a pitcher)
Chisoxfn
QUOTE(bmags @ Dec 11, 2005 -> 03:58 PM) i think he was saying that honel is a best prospect, so it was like saying, considering all of our best prospects are in the outfield (except for kris honel, who is a best prospect but a pitcher) Too bad Honel isn't a top prospect. He was a top pick though.
DBAHO
Seattle should probably go for him over Everett, but as for the reasons outlined above, mainly the sub-par OPS, no I don't want him.
Benchwarmerjim
I say take Jones!!!! as mentioned in previous posts, he is incosistent. He has become a REAL streaky hitter. He'll hit 3 home runs in a week, and then hit .075 for 2 weeks. He constantly overthrows cutoff men and catchers on throws to home. I bet he threw the ball into the stands 3 times last year 2 reasons he was on the Twins squad last year -Jason Kubel, a top prospect, blew out his knee in the Arizona Fall League. -He is Torii Hunters best friend
