Chisoxfn
QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Dec 23, 2005 -> 07:58 AM) I thought it was funny. I got to admit, I laughed at it. And the Sign O Trouble was great.
SoxFan1
QUOTE(nitetrain8601 @ Dec 23, 2005 -> 02:23 PM) I could maybe understand the star in the endzone, but not in the middle of the field. I was glad he was knocked on his ass when he tried it. If I were a Cowboys player, I personally would've knocked him on the ass for disrespecting my team's logo. I love endzone celebrations, but disrespecting a team's logo is out of the question. Would you like it if TO ran to midfield at Soldier Field after he scored a TD? I bet not because he would be disrespecting the "C". The whole saga was funny to me. First in the endzone star then at midfield and then when he got popped by Teague. And this would never happen to the Bears, if TO tried something stupid with the logo, Mike Brown is on his ass in a second.

When he did it to the Cowboys the first time, no one knew where he was running or anything, they just saw him running and saying, "wtf is he doing?" Brown maybe pops him the 2nd time. As long as he doesn't have it s*** on a flag of the other team, it's fine by me. It's entertaining when you're not trying to embarass the other team. White Sox Josh
QUOTE(greasywheels121 @ Dec 21, 2005 -> 09:52 PM) I like TO on the field, and found his celebrations funny, it's just what he did off the field since the Super Bowl that makes him not charismatic in my book. and Chad Johnson doesn't do that stuff off the field. Even Mike Ditka who hates the celebrating said that Chad Johnson's endzone celebrations are pretty entertaining.
GoodAsGould
QUOTE(Kalapse @ Dec 23, 2005 -> 05:27 PM) I personally hate the Cowboys and I found nothing funny about it. Of course I've always been pretty big on sportsmanship and not showing up your oponents. Well I guess thats where we differ... I tend to find that stuff hilarious.... now TO obviously took it a little 2 far off the field this season but on the field he is one of my favorite players to watch for his talent and celebrations. If I were a Cowboys player, I personally would've knocked him on the ass for disrespecting my team's logo. But Nite you arent a cowboys player and if you met TO in rl and started a fight with him... you would be the one in the hospital because he would totally beat your ass down. Chisoxfn
The CBS halftime show during the Chargers game showed Johnson's TD but didn't even show the celebration. I wonder if the NFL tells these guys not to give these sort of things the tv time.
aboz56
Nothing happened, right after he scored, the ref was right on top of him so nothing could happen. Although he was trying to get something to happen, but the ref was just telling him not to do anything. Then he went over by the bench and threw gifts to the fans.
