SSH2005
According to Arnie Munoz's minor league numbers at Charlotte in 2005, he started 18 games but pitched in 40 total games. Does anyone have his 2005 stats as a reliever?

sayitaintso
Would he be good enough to be the second lefty in the pen in 06?

maggsmaggs
When he was strictly a reliever, he has been dominant. I also believe in the Dominican Winter League a couple years ago, he was the pitcher of the year. Could do worse as as second lefty (Kevin Walker anybody?), but can do much better as well. The Kevin Walker project has failed once, and i think that is enough.
Heads22
I agree, there's really no way he can suck worse than Kevin. I wish Arnie nothing but success, but I don't feel all warm and cuddly if he's in our pen.
southsider2k5
QUOTE(CWSOX45 @ Jan 1, 2006 -> 04:20 PM) As of right now, it looks like he will be. CWSOX45 He COULD be. There are other guys in the minors who could steal that spot just as easily. Plus I wouldn't be surprised to see the Sox bring in some old vets looking to make a comeback, into spring training. WHITESOXRANDY
I looked up his stats and, as a reliever, he always got past the 5th inning.
