Shines has done a great job and is a really solid minor league manager (has some fire too) and maybe he'll change the attitude in Charlotte (it is in need of a change). Didn't see one out for the others yet, but I've been really busy working on the new Soxtalk and an upgrade to FutureSox cause I want both to be really badass again.
