you'd still have to pay royalties, if you get the licensing, but as long as it's your own "arrangement" I don't see why you wouldn't get $. That's how it would work on a record. The difficult part would be guessing how many times the song would be downloaded. With a record, the amount you pay for say 500 pieces is different than 50,000.
