Iwritecode
QUOTE(Steff @ Feb 7, 2006 -> 09:03 AM) Sadly the cops can't ticket her cause they didn't catch her in the act.. :headshake Wouldn't this be the same as getting your picture taken while running a red light? I know they send people tickets in the mail.
southsideirish71
I think you are all being hard on Mrs. Federline. How many of you have 15 years of driving instruction like the baby has here. Next week the baby drives solo.
YASNY
QUOTE(SSH2005 @ Feb 7, 2006 -> 12:45 PM) You can't take the trash out of white trash. Man, Britney hooked up with a hillbilly and has been downhill ever since. Who the hell do you think you are? Talk about trash. Pot meet kettle. :banghead

"Unless a deputy saw the violation, there's nothing we can do," he said. "We don't even know if this took place in our jurisdiction." Kyyle23
QUOTE(Steff @ Feb 8, 2006 -> 09:51 AM) No. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20060208/ap_en_...DRrBHNlYwM3NjI- The sheriff's department won't pursue any charges, Deputy Luis Castro said. "Unless a deputy saw the violation, there's nothing we can do," he said. "We don't even know if this took place in our jurisdiction." Britney gets a pass in the court of law and a misdemeanor in the court of public opinion. Hopefully sometime in the future when she is "protecting" her baby by "any means" she will stop putting her baby in more danger in the process of taking him out of danger. NorthSideSox72
QUOTE(Iwritecode @ Feb 8, 2006 -> 11:18 AM) Yea, I guess that makes sense. They don't know when/where the picture was taken... It's about the difference between a law violation and an ordinance violation. If it was a violation of criminal law, the police could (if they so chose) pursue an investigation. Whether or not they'd bother on something like this is another question. But this was a traffic ordinance violation. The police have to witness it to ticket her. A police camera at an intersection is, for legal purposes, a police witness. A paparazzi is not.

If you truly didn't know that...in some blissful heaven where many of us can only dream of winding up some day.
